6 months is a long time, and for the rest of the summer Tweak will be ceasing operations and moving to a new venue in September ready for a student invasion ! Thanks to everyone that's come down at supported us at Club North over the last 6 months - we've had a ball and hope you have had to, we'll be concentrating on our It's A Spiritual Thing parties in the summer - read the soulful house music section for more info on that.

For our last party at North we'll be joining forces with our friends from Liverpool who started off at roughly the same time as us and are having an end of season ball with the YO-YO crew from the Annexe in Liverpool.

We're in the middle of setting up some very special exclusive parties on the Its A Spiritual Thing vibe for the summer/autumn of 2005.

We're going in on a small, intimate level, 200 people max in intimate venues and surroundings and plan to spend the rest of 2005 creating a vibe and building a family - the parties will be infrequent - maybe once every 2 months - maybe less, maybe more - But what we will guarantee is some of the world finest DJ talent to be there along the way ( I'm sure bookings like Blaze prove that we've got balls ) People that have been to our parties @ North know we've got a special vibe going on and know we're attracting the right people which is why we're going to try and keep it special and streamline it and make it that bit more special giving us a lot more time to make things right and spread the word which I hope you'll help us to do as well.....And, each time we'll be looking to use locations in the North West which we won't be releasing till the week of the event to keep it that more personal to us and hopefully we'll all start to feel like we're all part of something special.

This Weekend in Manc

Before we go we'd like to reccommend a few nights in Sunny Manchester this weekend, the first being Casamusica at North, it's their 2nd Birthday and they've got probably one of the best line ups Manchester's seen this year in Phil Weeks, Justin Long and Slater Hogan....It all kicks off at 10pm and goes right through till 6. Secondly, on Saturday we'd like to welcome the start of a new night at Fat Cat Cafe on Deansgate Locks where the 'Under The Stairs' crew take control of the basement for a soulful session. It's free before 11 and £4 after.
